The CHINESE LANGUAGE ALLIANCE (CLA) was founded in April 2007 with the goal of becoming a leading international enterprise of mandarin language and cultural training provider for professionals in China, and those around the world interested in China. The Headquarter of CLA is located in USA. Its registration is a WOFE (Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise).
